Support Amnesty International

As a total keen bean at the start of 5th year I volunteered myelf for the schools Amnesty group, I wasn't completely sure about what they did but I knew it was human rights and I knew they did a good job. So 8 months on and i'm now completely involved, powerpoints on trafficking, torture and Guantanamo are now a part of my life. We even made an Amnesty Christmas Tree with a different innocent inmate behind the window for every day, with the petition to free them on the back :)

Why am I telling you this you're saying, well because I would like you to join me :D I've just finished another presentation on Amnesty's backing of Obama and his first 100 days in office. So very interesting!

Have a look at the website and sign some petitions, maybe donate some money or get involved in your area, it's worth it and if i really have to tempt you.... >>>you get really cool coloured stickers :D
